About Alex
Alex leads Venture Search’s UK office and heads the firm’s Investment Management & Advisory practice, covering mandates across London, Europe, the US and APAC. With over a decade of experience recruiting senior talent for fund managers, placement agents, banks and advisory firms, Alex brings a global perspective and deep market knowledge to every search.
Before joining Venture Search, he established and led a global Investment Management practice for an international search firm, partnering with clients on both public and private markets. Known for his senior relationships across the market, and network led approach, Alex has built a reputation for delivering precise shortlists that align closely with his clients’ strategic goals.
Outside of work, Alex is an avid motorsport enthusiast and loyal Red Bull Racing supporter. When not following the F1 circuit, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughter or planning his next family trip.
