About Arron
Arron has over 15 years of experience placing senior professionals across global investment management & financial services markets. Having called the UAE home for more than a decade, he has successfully relocated dozens of executives to the GCC region, advising them and their families through every stage of the transition.
Before co-founding Venture Search, Arron led the Middle East Financial Services practice for an S&P 500 global search firm. He began his career in London, managing international mandates for senior trading talent before progressing to lead teams across multiple disciplines within Financial Services and Investment Management.
Arron co-founded Venture Search on the belief that best-practice recruitment, powered by industry-leading technology and underpinned by integrity, transparency and long-term partnership, is what truly distinguishes his team in the market.
Arron studied Management Science Bsc (Hons) at Loughborough University. Outside of work, Arron can be found hacking his way around the golf courses of the UAE, and spending time with family.
