​Ellie joined Venture Search’s UAE business in early 2024, bringing a decade of investment management recruitment experience from the UK & Europe market. She has supported hiring across Private Equity, Private Credit, Asset Management and Venture Capital - from boutique and mid-market firms to global institutional investors.

Now based in Dubai, Ellie partners with clients across the GCC including LPs, GPs, and advisory firms; helping them identify mid-to-senior level front-office talent. Her clients value her transparent communication, market insight and calm, process-driven approach. She takes pride in building long-term partnerships, many of which have grown alongside the region’s evolving financial ecosystem.

Away from the desk, Ellie can often be found on Dubai’s running tracks or making the most of the city’s F&B scene with friends.
