About Georgia

​Georgia specialises in Governance, Risk & Compliance and Finance recruitment across the GCC, working with banks, NBFIs, asset managers, private equity funds, family offices, fintechs and corporate service providers. She partners closely with platforms regulated by both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, as well as working with the regulators themselves. Her expertise spans the DFSA, FSRA, UAECB and SCA, markets, together with prior experience recruiting for FCA regulated firms in London.

Previously, Georgia led GRC, Finance, and Legal mandates in London, leadership teams and board-level talent across investment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds and fintech. Clients value her consultative approach, market insight and ability to balance technical rigour with cultural fit.

Georgia holds a BA in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds. Away from work, she is a dedicated gym-goer, Pilates enthusiast, and regular host of “come dine with me” evenings for friends.
