About Natalie
Natalie is the operational heartbeat of Venture Search, streamlining workflows, building scalable systems, and freeing consultants to focus on what they do best - partnering with clients and candidates. She drives operational excellence across all global desks, ensuring consistency, compliance and commercial efficiency.
Having joined the business as an Operations Assistant, Natalie has since progressed into a firm-wide role. Her earlier career a Paralegal equipped her with the structure, precision and people skills to help establish Venture Search’s operations function. Natalie is currently studying for her CIPD.
Outside of work, Natalie is a certified dog lady who spends her weekends with her four-legged sidekick, and has a queue of movies longer than her to-do list.
