Known for his structured and insightful search style, Oliver works closely with clients to balance technical capability with long-term cultural fit. Before joining Venture Search, he delivered mandates for a global financial recruitment firm in infrastructure & real assets. His repeat delivery track record and industry fluency make him a trusted partner to investors and advisory firms alike.

Oliver holds a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Essex. Away from work, he’s a keen rugby, cricket, and golf player.
