Our client is seeking a C# Software Engineer to join their electronic principal trading firm, focused on market making and arbitrage opportunities globally. Technology is pivotal to their operations, driving their unified global trading platform and facilitating the micro-decisions crucial for successful trading.
The Role:
As a Software Engineer – C# .NET WPF, you'll be integral to our client's trading systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Traders to develop customized, feature-rich interfaces to ensure platform users have real-time access to critical information.
- Creating interactive charts and graphs to visualize complex market data and trading activity.
- Ensuring flawless rendering and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
- Working closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with backend services.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Adhering to best practices for user experience design and usability.
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front End development role in Financial Markets.
- Proficiency in C#, WPF.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
