• Profound expertise in liaising with stakeholders to gather requisites and comprehend the business context
• High-level strategic thinkers adept at expedited task execution
• Proficient skills in C++ 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with traders and senior management to construct a novel ultra-low latency trading system, encompassing exchange connectivity, order execution, and risk management modules
• Aid in algorithmic development for the implementation of diverse trading strategies, including quoting, hedging, arbitrage, and market-making techniques
• Work closely with fellow team members to automate trading workflows, reconciliation processes, and analytical procedures
• Extend technical assistance for the trading system's maintenance and support
