We are partnered with a newly launched and rapidly growing High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm. As part of our core technology team, you will play a key role in building the next generation of our trading infrastructure and directly influencing our technical direction.

 


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain high-performance trading systems in C++
     

  • Build and optimize low-latency, high-throughput applications within a server–client architecture
     

  • Tackle networking and infrastructure challenges across the stack
     

  • Contribute to internal tools and automation scripts (primarily in Python)
     

  • Participate in building internal GUIs and visualization tools
     

  • Drive independent problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas
     

 


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of professional software development experience
     

  • Strong proficiency in C++
     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
     

  • A strong problem-solving mindset, independence, and initiative (“big head” thinking)
     

 


Advantages (Not Required but Highly Valued)

  • Knowledge of networking and network protocols
     

  • Experience with low-latency or performance-critical systems
     

  • Familiarity with Linux development environments
     

  • Background in server–client architectures
     

  • Python and additional programming language experience
     

  • Exposure to AI development tools and workflows
     

  • GUI development experience
