 Compliance Officer 
Assist the CCO in ensuring full compliance of the DFSA regulations, UAE Federal Laws and all Group Policies;
- Carry out the induction training for all new hires of RMEA, including compliance, AML and sanctions requirements;
- Assist the CCO in developing, implementing and monitoring procedures and policies required for compliance with various local and international legal and regulatory frameworks including but not limited to relevant Laws, Rules, Regulations and Group policies and other regulations issued from time to time;
- Prepare the first draft of all Reports for Senior Management and Group in Compliance and AML matters;
- In the absence of the CCO, the Compliance Officer will report to the Deputy MLRO and is expected to ensure delivery of the respective objectives in order to remain fully compliant at all times;
- Assist the CCO in continuously building, implementing and testing internal frameworks to ensure alignment with policies and procedures;
- Carry out checks and controls as part of the Compliance Monitoring Program on an ongoing basis and preparing the quarterly report;
- Carrying out risk assessments, on new potential clients and existing clients, thoroughly and in line with DFSA and Group requirements;
- Review and categorization of relationships and clearing of transactions on the transaction monitoring system;
- Support the CCO with requests by the regulator, authorities and the Auditors;
- Carrying out thorough due diligence on new potential clients, identifying risks, and missing/required information;
- Support the CCO on all AML matters in line with the DFSA Rules and Regulations in place and Group requirements;
- Work closely with the Commercial Team and advise on the alignment of the processes to ensure that day to day operations reflect the Company’s commitment to regulatory and compliance framework.

Role Specifications:
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of DFSA and international regulatory laws, including KYC, AML and CFT as well as COB and GEN Rulebook modules; - Strategic and analytical skills as well as taking initiative to solve problems and find solutions;
- Extremely thorough, diligent and attention to detail are paramount.
