Director, Hospitality Asset Management
We are currently partnering with a leading investment and real assets platform seeking to appoint a Director of Hospitality Asset Management to oversee a growing portfolio of hospitality assets across the region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality asset management professional with a proven track record of driving operational performance, value creation, and investment returns across hotel and leisure assets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the asset management strategy across a portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets.

Drive financial performance through active monitoring of operating metrics, business plans, budgets, and capital expenditure programmes.

Partner with hotel operators and management companies to maximise revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset value.

Review and challenge annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.

Identify and execute value creation initiatives across the portfolio.

Oversee asset repositioning, refurbishment, expansion, and redevelopment projects where required.

Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support acquisitions, disposals, and investment evaluations from an asset management perspective.

Prepare performance updates, investment committee materials, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Manage relationships with operators, consultants, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience within hospitality asset management, hotel investments, real estate investments, hospitality consulting, or hotel operations.

Experience managing relationships with international hotel operators and branded hospitality assets.

Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements and asset value enhancement initiatives.

Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience presenting to senior executives, boards, or investment committees.
