Finance Manager – Dubai
A growing international trading/distribution business is looking for a Finance Manager to support financial reporting, controls and day-to-day finance operations, reporting to the Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/periodic management reports, reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support month-end/year-end close, audits and tax processes.
- Monitor receivables, collections, credit limits and insurance requirements.
- Review commercial contracts and financial terms.
- Verify transaction, pricing and contract data within the ERP system.
- Support internal controls, process improvements and finance-related queries.
- Provide operational cover for the Financial Controller when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 2–4 years’ relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally within trading, distribution or an international business.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English and Russian required.
- Professional qualification or progress towards one is advantageous.
