Head of Logistics Assets (Leasing, Development, & Asset Management)

We are partnering with a leading industrial real estate investment and development platform that is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia. The business develops, owns and operates industrial parks, logistics warehouses and built-to-suit facilities, with a long-term ownership strategy focused on creating high-quality logistics assets. As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking a Head of Logistics to lead its logistics warehouse platform across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the logistics warehouse product strategy based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Partner with development and engineering teams to ensure assets meet commercial and leasing requirements.
- Monitor market trends, rental levels, supply dynamics and customer demand to support business strategy.
- Develop relationships with logistics operators, 3PLs, e-commerce businesses, retailers and brokerage networks.
- Drive leasing activity, occupancy and rental income across the portfolio.
- Originate and negotiate build-to-suit opportunities and pre-leasing agreements with key occupiers.
- Lead lease negotiations, including commercial terms, incentives and renewals.
- Oversee asset performance, including occupancy, NOI, budgets and long-term value creation.
- Manage external property management and facilities management providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Build and lead the logistics asset management, leasing and customer development team as the business grows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- 8+ years' experience within logistics or industrial real estate.
- Strong background across leasing, customer development and asset management.
- Deep understanding of logistics warehouse products and what drives successful leasing performance.
- Established network within the Saudi logistics market, including 3PLs, e-commerce operators, retailers and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
