Venture Search is partnered with a top investment firm, which has been around for 20 years. They cover both private and public market strategies and, as part of their continued growth, are looking for multiple candidates to join their investment team, focusing on private credit strategies.
The hires must be happy to relocate to Boston, and need to have previous experience in private credit. More senior candidates can also be considered for a Senior Associate position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on private credit investments across the existing portfolio and pipeline.
- Underwrite individual credits and pools.
- Manage pipeline and portfolio systems.
- Conduct research on specific investment themes.
- Support existing funds and investor-facing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a strong GPA (or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of investment or financial experience with experience in credit investing or underwriting.
- Candidates must have previous private credit experience to be considered.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
