Investment Associate – Infrastructure (Los Angeles)

We are working with a leading, well-capitalised real assets investment platform looking to hire an Investment Associate into its Infrastructure team, based in Los Angeles.

The team invests across a broad range of infrastructure sectors, including energy transition, utilities, transport and digital infrastructure, with a flexible mandate spanning core-plus to opportunistic strategies. The platform has a strong track record of deploying capital into thematic, high-growth areas, with a particular focus on asset creation and value-add opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full lifecycle of investments, including origination, execution and asset management
  • Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance models)
  • Conduct detailed commercial, financial and operational due diligence
  • Prepare investment materials for internal committees and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior team members and portfolio company management teams
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
  • Experience across infrastructure, energy, or real assets is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong academic background

Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team with a strong track record and significant capital to deploy. The role offers broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, hands-on responsibility, and the chance to work on complex, value-driven infrastructure transactions within a dynamic and growing platform.
