Working closely with senior investment professionals, the successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the platform.

  • Support the execution of transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, market research, and investment committee materials.

  • Assist with the monitoring and management of existing portfolio investments.

  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and strategic reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Perform industry, market, and competitor analysis to identify emerging investment themes and opportunities.

  • Engage with management teams, advisors, and external stakeholders throughout the investment process.

  • Support portfolio value creation initiatives and strategic projects where required.

  • Monitor financial and operational performance across portfolio companies and investment holdings.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience within private equity, venture capital, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, asset management, or principal investing.

  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience supporting live transactions, investments, M&A processes, or strategic projects.

  • Excellent quantitative, commercial, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • CFA, ACA, CAIA, or progress towards a professional qualification would be advantageous.
