Venture Search is partnered with a leading direct lending Real Estate fund looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to join their team In New York
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with European institutional investors (especially Nordics)
· Prepare fund marketing material including pitch books, client road shows, and handle LP relationships on behalf of partner clients
. Work on project-related and ad-hoc modelling, research, and analysis to support ongoing improvement of the IR team
· Represent the firm to the highest standards, and take an active role in the development of new hires and junior team members
· Supporting the Directors in client meetings, calls, and roadshows
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in either a placement agent, private markets fund, or investment banking
· Excellent knowledge of global private equity markets and key firms
· Able to articulate and present investment funds and opportunities to investors at the highest level
· CFA or similar qualification preferable, and as a minimum a bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or similar from a leading institution
