Venture Search is working with a large-cap GP, who are looking to build out their Investor Relations team in London, focusing on their Real Estate strategies. Candidates must be able to communicate in Korean, Japanese and English to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a variety of operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives within the Investor Relations team
- Communicate clearly and confidently with investors regarding fund performance, structure, and investment strategy
- Prepare high-quality investor materials, including reports, presentations, and responses to enquiries, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Oversee investor onboarding processes across APAC, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
- Manage ongoing investor communications, including reporting cycles, updates, and ad hoc requests
- Maintain and enhance the Investor Portal, including uploading materials and supporting communications distribution
- Provide analytical support for reporting, fundraising materials, and portfolio updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within IR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with real estate investments and structures (preferred)
- Fluency in Korean and Japanese, with an intermediate level of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
