We are seeking an experienced LNG Shipping Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational execution of LNG voyages. This is a hands-on, front-line role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant transportation of LNG cargoes worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LNG shipping dynamics, voyage operations, and industry best practices, and will serve as the key interface between internal trading teams, vessels, terminals, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational execution of LNG voyages under spot, time-charter, and COA agreements

Act as the primary point of contact for shipowners, masters, agents, terminals, and port authorities

Monitor voyage progress and proactively address operational issues (delays, deviations, boil-off gas, etc.)

Ensure compliance with charter party terms, regulatory standards (IMO, SIGTTO), and safety/environmental protocols

Coordinate closely with trading, chartering, legal, and risk teams to align voyage operations with commercial strategies

Track and optimize shipping performance, demurrage/exposure risk, and cost control

Prepare and issue voyage instructions, stowage plans, port call documentation, and post-voyage reports

Manage cargo documentation, including Bills of Lading, Q88s, certificates, and customs paperwork

Liaise with technical and vetting teams to ensure vessels meet operational and terminal requirements
