Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oil Derivatives Trader to join the trading desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing profitable trading strategies in crude oil and refined product derivatives, including futures, options, and swaps. This role requires deep market knowledge, a quantitative mindset, and the ability to manage risk in fast-moving markets.
Key Responsibilities

Execute proprietary trading strategies in oil and refined product derivatives (ICE, CME, OTC swaps/options).

Monitor market trends, news, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities.

Maintain and expand relationships with brokers, exchanges, and counterparties.

Work closely with the physical trading team to optimize hedging strategies and arbitrage opportunities.

Manage P&L and risk within defined limits, providing regular performance reports.
