The firm employs a diversified multi-strategy approach spanning both systematic and fundamental strategies. Key Requirements:
- Proven, live and scalable Fixed Income RV, cross asset vol, or systematic Macro strategies, focused on U.S. markets.
- Demonstrable track record of consistent profitability, ideally generating $20m+ annual PnL.
- Prior or current experience at a top-performing multi-strategy hedge fund or proprietary trading platform.
- Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to New York.
- Exceptional risk discipline, execution capability, and process clarity.
- Sub-PMs or senior traders with a clearly defined, replicable approach ready for independent deployment will also be considered.
