Relationship Manager - Asset Management
A growing investment management platform is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its team in the UAE, focusing on client coverage and business development across the GCC.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving asset growth, and positioning a diverse range of investment solutions across public and private markets.
The role offers strong exposure to regional clients, including family offices, UHNW individuals, and institutional investors, within a collaborative and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, family offices, and private wealth investors
- Drive fundraising and asset raising initiatives across the GCC region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s regional client base
- Present and position a range of investment strategies and products to clients
- Work closely with internal investment and product teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, roadshows, and events
- Support the preparation of client materials, proposals, and reporting
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years’ experience in asset management, private banking, or investment advisory
- Proven track record in client relationship management and asset raising
- Strong network across GCC institutional and/or private wealth channels
- Fluent Arabic and English (essential)
- Strong understanding of investment products across public and private markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in the UAE
