Senior Manager: Financial Reporting:
We are delighted to be working with an established Real Estate developer in the UAE, who are looking to hire an Financial Reporting Senior Manager.
Note that real estate experience is mandatory
Financial Reporting Leadership:
- Lead the team in preparing accurate financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Process Improvement:
- Streamline reporting processes for efficiency.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on accounting standards.
External Reporting:
- Oversee external financial reports and collaborate with auditors.
Internal Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide timely financial analysis for executive decision-making.
- Develop internal reporting mechanisms for key financial metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with other departments to gather information for reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Candidates MUST have real estate experience, ideally with a developer or construction business
- 10+ years experience
- ERP experience is a major advantage
