Senior Manager Sales Operations - Real Estate Developer

 

We are delighted to be working with an established Real Estate Developer, who are hiring a Senior Manager Sales Operations.

 

The Senior Sales Operations Manager role is designed to oversee both sales support and frontline sales teams with the aim of attaining sales objectives. This position necessitates active participation in high-level management decision-making, providing insights and recommendations grounded in market trends and sales performance. The Senior Sales Operations Manager holds the responsibility for supervising all sales activities across diverse projects, offering strategic guidance, and nurturing the professional growth of the sales operations team. Acting as the main point of contact between sales and other departments, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support on the entire journey of clients in purchasing a property ensuring
  • Coordinate with all departments to prepare all Agreements (Sale & Purchase, Amendment, Settlement, Promotions & Discount Offers, Brokers, etc),
  • Verify all signed Contracts, processes, and oversees their execution, registration in the Municipality and subsequent delivery to clients.
  • Accepts client payments, verify the accuracy of submitted supporting documents and issue corresponding receipts for all bookings.
  • Process all enquiries and Inventory requests from the Sales Team on priority basis with due diligence.
  • Liaising with Maisonette & Sales Force developers in system implementation; system migration & data uploading, testing & troubleshooting, soft & hard copy filing system, workflow.
  • Issuance of Sale and Purchase Agreements.
  • Issuance of Broker Agency agreements
  • Lead management.
  • Ensure updating all the records accurately.
  • Prepare the inventory for launches in coordination with the other departments.
  • Respond to all the inquiries received from the Sales Team
  • Support the sales activities across every project with the objective of enhancing the sales revenue and its projects.
  • Manage the sales leasing activities and oversee all negotiations with key customers.
  • Monitor actual monthly sales performance against sales forecast and provide Regional Sales Operations Director with guidance to meet targets.
  • Communicate and discuss the section’s guidelines and procedures with sales team to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team to ensure effective and efficient flow of work,
  • Manage the sale, purchase, and development of properties

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min 5 years of Sales Operations experience
  • Experience with a Real Estate developer is highly preferred
  • UAE based candidates are highly preferred
