Venture Search is partnering with a newly launched hedge fund with strong institutional and brand-name backing to hire Systematic Portfolio Managers specialising in derivatives strategies across macro and volatility.
Our client is a newly established, well-capitalised investment platform headquartered in Singapore, built to back high-performing systematic PMs with meaningful capital, robust infrastructure, and long-term strategic support. As part of their launch, they are seeking experienced PMs with proven systematic derivatives strategies who are looking to scale within a flexible, high-conviction platform.

The Role
As a Systematic Portfolio Manager, you will:
- Deploy and scale fully systematic derivatives strategies across macro and/or volatility markets
- Take full ownership of live trading performance, capital deployment, and risk management
- Manage and optimise systematic portfolios across global derivatives markets
- Operate with significant autonomy while leveraging centralised infrastructure and support
- Contribute to the long-term growth and development of a new multi-PM platform
This is a high-impact PM role designed for proven investors looking for meaningful capital backing and strategic flexibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience running fully systematic derivatives strategies across macro and/or volatility
- Demonstrated track record of 1.5+ Sharpe on live strategies
- Proven ability to generate $10m+ annual PnL
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets, portfolio construction, and risk management
- Experience operating as a PM within a leading hedge fund, asset manager, or proprietary trading platform
- Ability to scale and manage institutional levels of capital responsibly
