Vice Present - Industrial, Infrastructure, & Logistics

Venture Search is working exclusively with a prominent government-owned investment company to appoint a Vice President within their Industrial & Logistics division. This strategic role will focus on supporting the growth and performance of the platform by leading investment analysis, structuring joint ventures, and overseeing asset performance across the GCC. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen and play a central role in sourcing and evaluating new opportunities, developing investment committee materials, and contributing to the long-term strategic direction of the division.

Key responsibilities:

Investment & Market Analysis

  • Lead feasibility studies and financial modeling for logistics developments and acquisitions
  • Evaluate market dynamics, demand-supply gaps, and competitor benchmarks

Strategy & Business Planning

  • Shape entry/expansion strategies across key regional markets
  • Align investment roadmaps with corporate objectives

Investment Committee & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare and present high-quality IC materials and board-level presentations
  • Communicate risks, returns, and value drivers to senior leadership

Joint Venture & Deal Structuring

  • Assist in JV formation, governance setup, and partnership alignment
  • Coordinate legal, finance, and commercial inputs for deal execution

Portfolio Oversight & Optimization

  • Track asset performance and identify leasing, repositioning, or divestment opportunities
  • Manage JV board materials, capital calls, and post-deal partner relationships


Key requirements:

  1. UAE National – in line with Emiratization policy
  2. 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate development
  3. 2+ years in a managerial investment role with senior stakeholder engagement
  4. Deep understanding of GCC real estate markets, particularly UAE, KSA, and Egypt
  5. Strong expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring
  6. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  7. Proven communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  8. A passion for sustainable development and innovation
