Our client is a global Bank, who are looking for a VP to join their Private Funds Group in NYC, on the Project Management side. Candidates must have previous experience at a Placement Agent to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.
- Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.
- Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.
- Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience from a Placement Agent or Private Funds Group.
- Exposure to private equity is essential.
- Experience mentoring juniors on a team.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and modelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
