​Freddie leads Venture Search’s Commodities Sales & Trading practice globally, covering front, middle and back-office functions across energy, agricultural and soft commodities, renewables, metals and bulk commodities. He partners with trading houses, commodities merchants, shipping firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading platforms and banks to deliver mid-to-senior level hires and multi-seat buildouts.

Freddie and his team have built a reputation for pace, precision and market credibility. His early career in executive search provided a grounding in deep market research and talent mapping — expertise now paired with a genuine passion for global commodities markets and long-standing relationships across the sector.

Freddie holds a BA in Management from the University of Leeds. Outside the office, he balances time between the gym, family life, travel and staying close to the latest developments shaping the global commodities landscape.
