Our client is a boutique Placement Agent based in Zug, Switzerland, that specializes in connecting private equity and alternative investment fund managers with institutional investors globally.

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in French or a Nordic language to support the team with critical documentation, presentations, and valuation processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in both primary and secondary market activities across all private markets, ensuring that our client's reputation for excellence is upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to the placement of private market investment opportunities.
  • Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations for investors and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate visual content, charts, and graphs to enhance presentations.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and conduct research to support valuation assessments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of valuation-related information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Provide insight and analysis on market data and trends to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure the seamless execution of placement activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French or a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of private equity, real assets, or alternative investments is a plus.
  • 3+ years’ prior experience in a similar role within the finance or investment industries.
