A global financial technology firm is seeking an experienced sales professional to support the distribution and growth of investment products across North America.

 

The Role

You will manage and expand relationships with institutional and retail distribution partners, support product adoption, and drive asset growth. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, overseeing a small outsourced sales support team, and contributing to local marketing and product strategy initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with major distributors and financial partners
  • Identify and onboard new distribution opportunities
  • Support clients throughout the full sales and onboarding lifecycle
  • Oversee outsourced sales support resources and improve sales effectiveness
  • Lead local retail marketing initiatives and industry engagement
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and product positioning
  • Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with global teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in ETFs or related investment products
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of autonomy, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an asset
