Finance Officer Role

Description:
The finance officer shall ensure that the Firm's accounts are in order, calculate the required prudential requirements, and it complies with all financial reporting requirements of the regulator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Implement accounting methodologies and maintenance of accounts.
  • Prepare financial control/ budgeting & reporting.
  • Assist in submission of quarterly and annual financial reports as per FRSA guidelines.
  • Maintain statement of capital adequacy for internal and FSRA reporting purposes.
  • Works with external audit to ensure up to date and correct accounts are prepared.
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Works with the rest of the management team on the Budget and Forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and FSRA guidelines.
  • Calculation and monitoring of capital and Liquidity adequacy.
  • Quarterly and annual preparation of PIB reports.
  • Support to the SEO/RO on the annual Scenario Stress Test to be submitted.
