Lead the financial reporting function for the trading entity, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across all trading activities. Establish the new reporting department and implement fit-for-purpose systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the trading business.
• Produce financial statements, management reports, and audit deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Build and enhance reporting frameworks, workflows, and controls.
• Work closely with Risk, Middle Office, and Product Control to validate trading results.
• Lead systems implementation and automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Establish reporting policies for new products, markets, and structures.
