Expectations:
- Engage in thorough market and economic research, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to discern significant market trends.
- Stay abreast of macroeconomic markets, crafting macro trade perspectives to align with company strategies.
- Innovate and implement database/IT systems to bolster analytics and trading capabilities.
- Aid in crafting research reports, providing original analysis and insights, preparing comprehensive documents and charts, and articulating key findings in both written and verbal formats. Additionally, deliver comprehensive presentations summarizing key insights.
- Deliver timely updates on global trade views, incorporating analyses of Crude, Products, and Petrochemicals
- Facilitate Trading and Analytics meetings.
Prerequisites:
- At least a decade of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in macroeconomic analysis within the trading sector. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Profound comprehension of global oil markets, encompassing crude, products, and petrochemicals.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership prowess.
- Track record of consistently enhancing processes, models, and systems by leveraging diverse methodologies and extensive networks to address challenges.
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and presentation abilities.
