We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our Financial Reporting and Consolidation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing the consolidation process for multiple entities within the group. Additionally, the Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing in-depth financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role also involves overseeing the group's accounting function, managing internal controls, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Consolidation:

  • Prepare consolidated cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Monitor key financial metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Group Accounting:

  • Oversee the group's accounting function

Risk Management and Internal Controls:

  • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Set performance objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • years of progressive experience in financial reporting, consolidation, financial planning and analysis, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
