About the Role:
A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced Head of Sales Support to oversee and enhance the sales support function. This role is pivotal in enabling the sales team to achieve growth targets, ensuring smooth operational processes, and delivering a superior client experience across institutional, intermediary, and private wealth channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Oversee client onboarding, account management processes, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes to enhance sales effectiveness and client engagement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all client interactions.

Provide insights and analysis to the sales team to support strategy, pipeline management, and client retention.

Act as a key liaison between front-office and operational teams to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.

8 - 12 years of experience in sales support, relationship management support, or client operations within investment management or financial services.

Strong understanding of investment products, client types, and sales processes in asset management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.

Professional qualifications in finance, investments, or business management are advantageous (CFA, IMC, etc.).
