Key Responsibilities:

Execute intraday trading strategies for power across various European markets.

Continuously monitor real-time market data, grid constraints, weather conditions, and renewable generation forecasts to identify trading opportunities.

Manage positions effectively to mitigate risks and optimize profits within established risk frameworks.

Collaborate closely with analysts and other traders to improve trading strategies and market models.

Provide timely and accurate market reports and performance analysis to senior management.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and market rules.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in intraday power trading, specifically within European markets.

Solid understanding of the energy market fundamentals, market coupling mechanisms, and transmission constraints.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, VBA, Python, or similar analytical tools.

Proven ability to make quick, strategic decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
