VP/SVP/Director – Real Estate Investments/Asset Management (Industrial/Logistics/Infrastructure)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Our client is seeking a senior leader with 10-15 years of experience to head their UAE operations, combining investment oversight, asset management, land acquisition, and strategic relationship development across the GCC. This role will drive growth by managing existing assets, leading new investment and land acquisition opportunities, and creating key regional partnerships in the industrial, logistics, and broader infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UAE entity, overseeing investments, land acquisition, asset performance, and operational strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders across the GCC.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute investment and land acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of the existing asset portfolio, ensuring value creation.
  • Manage land acquisition processes, including site sourcing, negotiation, and regulatory approvals.
  • Represent the company in high-level discussions, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and regional teams to align strategy, growth, and investment priorities.
  • Monitor market trends, regional developments, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in asset management, investments, or land acquisition within the logistics, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development or strategic relationship management in the GCC.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience assessing and executing investment and land acquisition opportunities.
  • Experience leading teams and managing operations in the region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
