Position Overview: LPG Operator
They are seeking an experienced and skilled LPG Operator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the setup and day-to-day operations of their LPG trading desk, working closely with two experienced traders. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:
- Execute and oversee all aspects of LPG operations, including logistics, vessel coordination, and terminal operations.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of trades, adhering to contractual agreements.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Manage all relevant documentation, including shipping, customs, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Collaboration with Traders:
- Work closely with LPG traders to understand trading strategies and support their market activities.
- Provide real-time operational insights to enhance trading decision-making.

Risk Management:
- Identify and assess operational risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with traders to manage exposure and optimize risk-return profiles.

Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, terminals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate and optimize contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in LPG operations within a physical trading environment.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end LPG logistics and operations.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
- Mandarin speaking.
