A leading Chinese metal trading group is seeking an experienced Metal Operator to support its US copper and recycled copper trading operations. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end trade execution and logistics, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of cargoes across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of physical copper and recycled copper shipments, including documentation, logistics, and inventory control.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of international and domestic trades.

Prepare and review shipping documents, letters of credit, invoices, and customs paperwork in line with internal and regulatory requirements.

Track cargo movements and manage shipment schedules, insurance, and claims when applicable.

Reconcile contracts and inventory positions in coordination with traders, finance, and risk teams.

Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
