This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as monitoring and managing existing investments to maximize returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful investments.
Private Equity Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement private equity investment strategies aligned with the fund’s overall objectives and risk tolerance.
- Identify attractive investment opportunities in private equity, including buyouts, growth capital, venture capital, and special situations.
- Evaluate and source deal opportunities
- Manage the portfolio through to exit strategy
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a Private Equity investment position, within a PE firm
- Strong analysis and modelling skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
