We are currently partnered with a global real estate investment manager seeking to hire a Senior Analyst - Investor Services for its Singapore team. The firm has a long-standing presence in the institutional markets and is known for their integrated approach to capital raising and investor engagement.
The Senior Analyst will sit in the Investor Services team, supporting the firm's fundraising efforts through managing due diligence processes, coordinating marketing materials, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless investor experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of DDQs, RFIs, and other investor-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support investor outreach.
- Maintain CRM systems and manage investor profiles.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of roadshows and investor events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate performance data and fund information.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and analytical mindset.
