Senior Investment Advisor - Private Banking

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Investment Advisor to join a Swiss private bank with a strong heritage and entrepreneurial culture. This is a hands-on role, working closely with clients and Relationship Managers, with a focus on cross-asset expertise, tailored portfolio solutions, and practical investment advice. Based in Dubai, the role offers exposure to an international client base and the opportunity to grow within a Swiss private banking platform known for its stability, trust, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide unbiased and comprehensive investment advice to Relationship Managers and clients, aligned with regulatory requirements and client investment strategies.
- Design and develop tailor-made proposals within the client’s portfolio context, based on risk profile and objectives.
- Prepare bespoke investment solutions for both new and existing clients.
- Proactively advise sophisticated clients in accordance with guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and analyse client portfolios, including detailed performance reviews.
- Execute and document trades, manage cash positions, and prepare client reports.
- Support Relationship Managers with investment-related queries, acquisition initiatives, and revenue optimisation opportunities.
- Update client risk profiles as required in coordination with Relationship Managers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management Advisory.
- Solid understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise across equities, fixed income, structured products, FX, commodities, and private equity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a significant advantage.
