Role Overview: The Vice President of People will play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead all aspects of human resources, talent management, and organizational development to support our business objectives and foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  3. Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.
  4. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  5. Organizational Development: Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs, design effective structures, and implement initiatives to optimize team effectiveness and productivity.
Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in a HR function, minimum of 5 years experience
  • Previous experience in a scale up, fast paced business is preferred 
  • Key stakeholder management skills are a must
