Associate – Origination and Project Management
Our client is a reputable boutique Placement Agent based in Zug, Switzerland, specializing in connecting top-tier investment opportunities with discerning investors globally. With a focus on excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction, the firm has established itself as a trusted partner in the financial landscape.
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate, with a primary focus on Origination and Project Management within the Private Equity space. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating strategic relationships, managing projects, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess potential investment opportunities within the Private Equity sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Fund of Funds, General Partners (GPs), and other industry participants.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging sectors, and potential clients.
Support with the execution of placement mandates, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with senior team members to develop and implement project strategies.
Cultivate and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Private Equity, with a focus on Origination and/or Project Management.
Proven experience in originating clients through a Fund of Fund, GP, or Placement Agent is essential.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another European language is highly preferable.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
