Role Overview: The CEO Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in driving the company's vision, priorities, and execution. This individual will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to align strategic objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, including long-term vision, growth objectives, and key initiatives.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, communication coordination, and strategic planning.
- Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for process improvement, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead or support strategic projects and initiatives critical to the company's success, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key insights, progress, and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization, including market dynamics, competitive threats, and regulatory considerations, ensuring the company's activities are conducted with integrity and compliance.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Previous experience within a fast paced technology organisation is essential
- Experience in supporting a CEO of key stakeholder / board member
- A strong understand of the technology landscape and market trends within the GCC region
