Our client is looking to hire a GM – Finance & Accounting to lead the group’s financial strategy, governance, and reporting. This role is pivotal in supporting business growth and ensuring robust financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Lead all accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, tax, and audit

Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with international accounting standards (IFRS)

Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders

Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and procedures

Provide commercial insight and strategic support to executive leadership

Lead and mentor a growing finance team across multiple locations

Support M&A, funding, and group restructuring activity where relevant
Key Requirements:

10–15 years of finance experience, with recent leadership in an industrial or trading environment

Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and risk management
-
Experience working in a regional or group-level finance role
-
ACA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and process improvement mindset
