We are currently representing a leading private funds advisory business who, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding a Director to the Distribution Team.
Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partner with a number of top PE funds globally.
Responsibilities:
· Taking the lead for securing capital investment into a range of PE mandates from Midwest investors
· Coverage of institutional investors allocating to PE and Private Debt based in the Midwest
· Contributing to the origination of capital formation mandates including primary fundraisings, direct deal syndication and co-investment capital raises
· Building long-term client relationships
Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in PE at a General Partner or Placement Firm with a Distribution/Coverage/IR background
· Track record of capital raising from institutional investors
· FINRA licences
· Advanced degree; MBA or CFA is preferred
