A leading alternative investment manager in the GCC region is seeking an accomplished Head of Fundraising to drive capital raising efforts across its suite of private market strategies. This is a senior leadership opportunity to join a well-established platform with a strong regional footprint and a proven track record in private equity, credit, and alternative investments.
The Role

Lead fundraising and investor relations efforts globally, targeting institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and other private capital sources.

Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for new funds, co-investments, and bespoke mandates.

Build and manage long-term relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), ensuring ongoing engagement and client service.

Partner with investment teams to articulate the firm’s value proposition, track record, and product offerings.

Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and client events to enhance visibility and positioning.

Oversee fundraising operations, including due diligence, data room management, and investor reporting.
Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or institutional sales within private equity, private credit, or alternative investments.

Strong track record of raising capital from international institutional investors.

Deep understanding of private markets and the regional LP landscape.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a fundraising team.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
