Sales Director

Our Client is a reputable and established real assets focused GP in the realms of real estate and infrastructure. They are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts. The Sales Director will play a critical role in expanding our client base, forging partnerships, and maximizing sales potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their investment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships that align with our investment offerings and growth strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently tracking and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the investment and research teams to stay informed about market trends, investment products, and competitive landscape, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client communication.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our investment strategies and value propositions.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales and business development within the real estate and/or infrastructure sectors. Experience at a Placement Agent is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate and infrastructure investments, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Established network of industry contacts, potential clients, and partners.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and deal structuring abilities.
  • Experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
