Sales Support Analyst/Associate - Alternative Investments
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are working with a international alternative investment manager focused on sustainable real assets and infrastructure, with an established European platform and a recently launched presence in the Middle East. They are looking to hire a proactive and highly organised junior professional to work closely with the Head of Middle East in supporting the growth of the newly established Abu Dhabi office and helping build core client engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Investor & Client Support

  • Assist with coordination and follow‑up of investor and client meetings, including preparation of briefing packs and supporting documentation.
  • Manage scheduling, diary coordination, and logistics for meetings, calls, and events.
  • Support timely and professional investor communication and responses.

Commercial & Sales Support

  • Prepare and refine internal and external presentations, pitchbooks, marketing materials and report templates.
  • Ensure presentation and documentation quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Middle East on client‑focused collateral and investor outreach initiatives.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain CRM, investor tracking tools, and relevant databases.
  • Assist with coordination of internal workflows and follow‑ups post‑client engagements.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support on project coordination, research, and insight pack preparation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1-5 years’ experience in investor relations, client services, sales support, finance operations, consulting or related functions.
  • Exposure to financial services, asset management, investment banking, private markets or similar environments is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong academic background (Business, Finance, Economics, Communication, or related fields).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn.
